We have good news today! Another survival horror game called Alien: Isolation for MacBook is here and all the MacBooks and iMacs owners can play it. While Creative Assembly developed it, Sega published it. This game, set 15 years after the event of the 1979 Alien film is following a girl named Amanda Ripley. She is the daughter of Alien protagonist Ellen Ripley and is trying to find more about her mother’s disappearance. More details are down below.
In Alien: Isolation for MacBook you assume the role of Amanda Ripley from a first-person perspective. You have an important task, to explore a space station and complete different objectives. Along with that, you must avoid, outsmart and defeat several enemies. The game allows you to run, climb some ladders, sneak into vents and many others. It’s fun that you own also the ability to go under tables and inside lockers in order to hide from enemies.
On her journey, your character Amanda meets different antagonists including hostile humans and even some androids. While playing you will notice the main antagonist, an alien is going to pursue you throughout the whole game. We have to say the alien can’t be defeated. This means you have to use different stealth tactics to survive. While progressing, your character Amanda is going to gain access to a revolver, a shotgun, a bolt gun and others. Alien: Isolation gives you the opportunity to craft items by collecting different schematics and materials too. You have to be careful with your limited amount of health because it decreases when you are attacked by your enemies. In order to restore your health, you need to use medkits which can be crafted using the material you find in Amanda’s inventory.
